Sam decided he wanted to play Upward Basketball this season, and it has been wonderful for him. He never had the desire to practice dribbling or shooting the basketball because he said he couldn't and he wasn't ever going to play, so there wasn't any need to learn!
Things have changed in the past few weeks. He asked for us to buy him a basketball, wants to go down to the basement to practice, and wants to go to basketball practice every night! Since practice is every Tuesday night, we count down the days until the next practice or game!

Matt and I are thrilled with his progress and love to watch him smile as he runs up and down the court!
