Life with the Grandparents

I don't think Sam and Ben realize how lucky they are to have their grandparents to watch them everyday!  Memom and Granddaddy entertain 1/2 of the week, and Gram and Pap have them the other 1/2 of the week!

Sam loves to "help" wake Ben up from his morning naps.  I think he just likes to snuggle with Ben for a minute before they run off to play!

Granddaddy with his favorite two boys!

Wakey, Wakey....time to play!

Bath time!

Silly Boys

Ben loves to smile, but his favorite thing to do is wrinkle his nose!  Gram snapped this picture this past week while she was watching him!

In the mean time, Sam and his dinosaur were watching TV and did not want to be interrupted!!

Doctor Sam

If you ask Sam what he wants to be when he grows up, he will tell you, "I want to be a scientist" but I think he would make a cute doctor!!

Sam talks about his friend, Dr. Mudd all the time, so when Gram found this outfit, she bought it for him!

As you can see, Sam is in love with checking up on everybody and likes to listen for your heartbeat!!  I guess it would help if he would stay still long enough to hear something with his stethoscope!!  Watch out....he likes giving shots also!!

Pap checks out okay!

Ears, Ears, Ears

We left the house before the sun came up today in hopes of taking care of Ben's ear problems.  Needless to say, we should have known we were hurrying just to wait!!  We checked in at 5:30 am, like we were instructed...but so did 20 other people!!  After going through all the "hoops" we finally arrived to pediatric outpatient just to find out that we were to report at the crack of dawn, but Ben's doctor would arrive at 8:00 am!!

We did have to wait and wait, but once the doctor arrived, they took Ben back and the procedure was completed within 20 minutes.  I was glad to see the doctor again and felt relieved when he said Ben did great.  There was fluid still behind one of his ears, but he said that should dry up soon.

Ben didn't like waking up after anesthesia, but he did great the rest of the afternoon.  I think Gram enjoyed rocking and holding him the majority of the day!  By this afternoon he was laughing and smiling like nothing had ever happened!

One of these days, I will figure out how to turn pictures around on Blogger....

Brotherly Love!

Sam is working hard to teach Ben how to work this toy!

I am not for sure if this is a hug....or a choke!!!

Brotherly Love

Sam has to watch out...Ben likes to sneak up and eat his food!

Love!

Sam is tired of Ben eating his food!!
